At JikoTamu, we are building an African Food Chain, operating under mobile kitchen/trucks where we will directly source fresh ingredients from youth and women in each region – after carefully monitoring the production process. The youth and women will be trained in modern farming practices and we shall help them with seed funding for their agri-businesses, and they will repay through the supplies.
JikoTamu is the answer to an increasing demand for freshly prepared and balanced food to be consumed when attending fun days, events, or for busy working people who do not want to spend a lot of time in restaurants during lunch hours. Every meal will be prepared with input from the traditional African way, and served with vegetables, fruits and nuts to ensure our customers live healthier lives.
